Whipped Feta with Cucumbers
serves 4

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Puree the feta, cream cheese, cream, 1 T olive oil, and 1 t lemon juice until smooth and creamy. Add cream if needed. Season to taste. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Toss the cucumbers with 1 T oil, 1 t lemon juice and oregano. Season to taste. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
  3. Plate and serve the cheese and cucumber mixtures with the pita or baguette slices.
